Privacy Policy & Confidentiality

Outora values your privacy and data security. This policy outlines how we collect, protect, and respect your personal information and order details.

Effective: November 2026 • Official Privacy Policy • Data Protection & Discretion

Principles of Architectural Discretion

Outora operates as an architectural atelier rather than a mass-market retailer. We believe personal privacy and commercial discretion are foundational to luxury. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker client contact records, residential photographs, or design specifications to third-party data aggregators or advertising networks.

Data Collected & Purpose of Processing

We process personal data strictly to fulfill inquiries, process white-glove transactions, arrange custom freight delivery, and communicate regarding architectural consultations. Information collected includes client name, company, delivery addresses, telephone coordinates, and project specifications.

Architectural Plans & CAD Data Governance

Site surveys, architectural blueprints, elevation drawings, and property photographs shared with our design studio are stored in encrypted, isolated repositories. They are accessible exclusively by assigned project directors and technical engineers bound by non-disclosure agreements.

Security Standards & Retention

We implement enterprise-grade transport layer encryption (TLS 1.3), hardened database perimeters, and role-based administrative access controls. Personal data is retained solely for the period required to satisfy statutory tax obligations and active warranty commitments.

Contact & Data Rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you retain the right to inspect, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal records at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@outora.com.
